1. PIZZA
Pizza is a gastronomic product that comes in a colored mixyure based on flour and water; it is produced in a wood oven. Originally from Neapolitan cuisine, today it's, together with pasta, the best known Italian food abroad. In 2017 Unesco declared the Art of Neapolitan pizza makers "World Heritage".
                                            2. TAGLIATA
The cut is a typical Florentine dish, prepared with a precise method of cooking (embers, grills orplates) and cutting the meat into strips; the latter is usually a sirloin or entrecote of beef (or beef), at least 4-5 cm thick, which should roast no more than 5-6 minutes, so as to keep inside a nice pink color.

         3. TIRAMISU
Tiramisù is a sweet and traditional food product spread throughout Italy, whose origins are debated and are mainly attributed to Veneto and Friuli-Venezia-Giulia. It's a spoon dessert based on ladyfingers soaked in coffee and covered with a cream, composed of mascarpone cheese, eggs and sugar; in some variants there is also liqueur.
