PAELLA
Paella is a traditional dish of Spanish cousine, spread throughout the Mediterranean Sea and in Latin America. The dish is made with rice, saffron and fish or meet; it is prepared in the typical pan from which it takes its name, paella or paellera.

In Spain, churros are usually available all year round at special stalls located along main roads, squares and markets, as well as during summer ferias and amusement parks.
