PAELLA

Paella is a traditional dish of Spanish cousine, spread throughout the Mediterranean Sea and in Latin America. The dish is made with rice, saffron and fish or meet; it is prepared in the typical pan from which it takes its name, paella or paellera.                                                                    
CHURROS

Churros is a swat snack, typical of Iberian and Latin American cuisine, made with a fried dough dusted with sugar. In Spain, churros are usually available all year round at special stalls located along main roads, squares and markets, as well as during summer ferias and amusement parks. However, they are very popular on Sunday for breakfast, dipped in a cup of thick hot chocolate, and at dawn on New Year's Eve or generically after a night of festivities; in any case, however, they must be prepared at the moment and consumed still hot.

TORTILLA DE PATATAS      The Spanish tortilla, known as tortilla de patatas is a"beaten egg omlelette"and potatoes. It is one of of the most classic dishes of Spanish cuisine that can be found in any bar or restaurant.Together with eggs and potatoes, we often find the onion in the recipe, depending on the area or the tastes of those who eat or those who cook. In Madrid they serve, for example, the tortilla brava, cooked with a spicy sauce and usually maller in size.
