1.ESCARGOT

Bourgarignonne escargots are a pride of the french cousine. The characteristic of the Bourgognonne escargot is the butter cream with which they are stuffed, with the strong taste of garlic and the decisive taste of parsley. 


2.MACARONS
Macarons are french meringue-based pastries: a mixture made with egg white, almond flour and sugar.
The meringue plates are filled with a layer of butter, jam or ganache cream.




3.RATATOUILLE

It is a speciality of the south of France, a healthy dish taht mixes tomatoes, garlic, courgettes and aubergines with different local herbs. The dish was the inspiration of the animated film Disney Pixar Ratatouille.
