There are many varations but basic the Loco Moco is made of white rice topped with an hamburger, fried egg and gravy sauce.
Loco Moco is also the name a chine of Hawaiian reataurants serving typical dishes in rice bowls.

Pancake is a traditional dessert for breakfast. The recipe includes butter, flour, milk, sugar and eggs. They are usually served with mapel syrup, jam or peanut butter, but they can also be salted.
