SPATZLE
The spatzle are little dumplings irregular in shape and are made with soft wheat flour,eggs and water. They are native from the South of Germany but are also popular in Tyrol, Alsace, Switzerland and Trentino-Alto-Adige. In Germany are served as a side dish with meat dishes but they are also served broth.

      APPLE STRUDEL               Apple strudel is a classic cake of the Germany based on a thin puff and a filling of apples, raisins, pine nuts, cinnamon flavoured. The strudel is also prepared according to the various local costums od norther Italy, with a different fillings that provide, for the salted version base for exemple of meat or vegetables.  


PRETZEL                                             The pretzel is a type of bread very popular widespread in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and South Tyrol.
The ingredients of the pretzles are soft wheat flour, water, salt, malt and brewer's yeast.
